Program Terms & Conditions
The Authentic Calling Roadmap - Career Circle + 1:1 Integration
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before completing your purchase and enrolling in the program. By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. What Coaching Is (and Is Not)
Coaching is a collaborative and forward-looking process that supports people in gaining clarity, exploring new perspectives, and taking action toward meaningful goals. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, mentorship, medical advice, or legal advice, and it does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results throughout the program. The Coach follows the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.
2. The Coach's Role
The Coach's role is to facilitate the coaching process and group conversations, creating a thoughtful and supportive space for exploration and action. Rather than acting as a mentor who provides answers or prescriptive advice, the Coach facilitates reflective dialogue, coaching questions, and shared learning within the group. This approach supports each participant's autonomy, unique circumstances, and personal decision-making process. The goal is to help participants access their own clarity and move forward in ways that feel aligned and sustainable for them.
3. Program Structure
The Authentic Calling Roadmap - Career Circle + 1:1 Integration includes:
-
8 x Live Group Coaching Sessions (90 mins each): Bi-weekly group calls held over four months.
-
The Authentic Calling Roadmap Digital Course: Self-paced video trainings, worksheets, and reflection tools.
-
4 x Private 1:1 Coaching Sessions (60 mins each): Tailored 1:1 coaching to provide personalized directional clarity. A scheduling link will be provided upon enrollment. Please note that 1:1 coaching availability is held on Mondays and Tuesdays between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM PT. Missed 1:1 sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be rescheduled.
-
4 x Private Email Check-Ins: Written touchpoints between sessions to review reflection materials, integrate insights, and hold accountability. These check-ins are designed as reflective touchpoints between live calls rather than continuous instant messaging or replacing coaching sessions. The Coach will respond to email check-ins within 1–3 business days during regular operating hours (Monday–Friday).
4. Participation and Engagement
This program works best when participants show up with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to reflect. While the Coach provides structure, guidance, and facilitation, the outcomes participants experience will largely reflect their level of engagement and follow-through.
5. The Group's Core Guidelines
To help create a supportive and balanced space for discussion, the group follows three simple guidelines:
- Share the air: Everyone will have opportunities to speak, while making space for other voices in the conversation.
- Speak from personal experience: Participants are invited to share their own reflections rather than offering advice or directing others.
- Take what serves you: Each person's career path is unique. Participants are encouraged to take what resonates and leave what does not.
6. Session Attendance & Recordings
All Sessions:
All live calls take place virtually via Google Meet. Sessions are recorded and available in the member portal for the duration of the program period, after which recordings are removed.
Group Coaching Sessions:
If a participant cannot attend a live group session, they are asked to email the Coach approximately 24 hours in advance, when possible. Because this is a group container, missed live group calls cannot be rescheduled.
Private 1:1 Coaching Sessions:
Private sessions may be rescheduled self-serve through the scheduling calendar up to 24 hours prior to the call. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of a scheduled call are considered late cancellations. The first late cancellation will be granted a one-time courtesy reschedule; any subsequent late cancellations will forfeit the session.
7. Confidentiality
Trust and safety are important to a meaningful coaching environment. Participants agree to treat personal stories, experiences, and reflections shared within the group as confidential. This includes not sharing personal information shared by other participants, not distributing session recordings, and not sharing program materials outside the program. The Coach maintains confidentiality in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics.
8. Respectful Participation
If communication becomes disruptive or harmful to the group environment, the Coach will step in to guide the conversation. In the unlikely event that behaviour becomes significantly disruptive or continues to impact the group environment, the Coach reserves the right to remove a participant from the program. In that situation, refunds will not be issued.
9. Program Investment & Refund Policy
Enrollment represents a commitment to the full coaching container. Participants may cancel and receive a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of signing or purchasing this agreement, provided they have not accessed program materials or attended a session. After this seven (7) day window, payments are non-refundable. If unexpected life circumstances arise that significantly affect participation, participants are encouraged to communicate with the Coach as soon as possible. When appropriate, moving to a future cohort within one calendar year may be considered at the Coach's discretion.
10. Payment Plans
If the program is purchased through a payment plan, participants agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. If a payment fails, participants will have seven (7) days to update their payment method before access to sessions or program materials may be temporarily paused.
11. ICF Release of Limited Information
As part of the ongoing coaching credentialing process, the ICF may occasionally request verification that coaching sessions have taken place. By completing this purchase, you consent to the Coach sharing limited information with the ICF solely to verify the coaching relationship and logged coaching hours. This may include your first name, last initial, email address, and the dates or duration of coaching sessions. No personal coaching content, session recordings, or confidential information will ever be shared.
12. Intellectual Property
All program materials, including course videos, worksheets, and session recordings, remain the intellectual property of Crescent Coaching / Rebecca Visser. These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared outside the program without written permission.
13. Outcomes and Liability
While every effort is made to provide thoughtful guidance and a supportive coaching environment, participation in this program does not guarantee specific outcomes. Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and actions. Any liability related to participation in this program will be limited to the amount paid for the program.
14. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
